Gunslingers, Ghosts, and Gold

Gunslingers, Ghosts, and Gold

LET US TAKE YOU BACK IN TIME
TO EXPERIENCE THE WILD WEST

This is not the "This Building Was" tour. It is the true, unusual and humorous stories about the people that founded, built and lived in this great city. Tales of gun toting gamblers with hands quicker than the eye. Rags to riches to rags again miners and local folklore of strange apparitions that walk through some of the same hallways you will. See the famous Union Station that once hosted up to one hundred and fifty trains a day. The Oxford Hotel (Denverís oldest surviving Hotel), The Denver Press Club, The Brown Palace (Coloradoís most opulent Hotel), Colorado's tallest building, rare Clark Gruber gold coins, precious art, a restored Wells Fargo stage coach and much more.

Who has passed the hallways of these landmarks and whose spirits still reside? Take this tour and you will know little known facts. Like whose remains are inside of Denverís most beloved landmark? What heroís body was kept on ice and under armed guard for five months until he was finally laid to rest overlooking our now vast metropolis? Why was Billy known as the "Kid"? Was the Denver Mint ever robbed? Ask them and they will say "Never", but we know better. So will you after this two hour tour of The Mile High City!
