It seems professional athletes are particularly susceptible to the bullying of the paranormal. Earlier this year, New York Knicks players claimed they couldn't sleep for two days because ghosts occupying Oklahoma City's Skirvin Hotel kept them wide awake with terror.

Apparently, this is not a phenomenon unique to basketball players or even that hotel. According to two San Francisco area media outlets, two Giants starters, Pablo Sandoval and Edgar Renteria, relocated from Milwaukee's Pfister Hotel, which is said to be haunted by founder Charles Pfister, to another lodging down the street.

Giants publicity director Shana Daum confirmed they "had some sort of experience there" last year, and possibly again last night, thus prompted the move.

If you'd like a more extensive history of the hotel's hauntings, Countess Bathory would be glad to edify you.
