Louisville Ghost Walks is 'the original' ghost walking tour business in the downtown district. I've been leading tours for the past seven years so I've forged positive relationships with businesses and their employees. I'm known as Mr. Ghost Walker, a name given to me seven years ago from a television interview on WAVE-3. On the tour, the guests enjoy a 90 minute walking tour of selected downtown properties. Guests will hear history and trivia about the buildings, and ghost stories that are associated with the properties. "I do my own research to gather historical information for accuracy, I conduct my own interviews with property owners, employees and historians to find out what paranormal experiences they have witnessed to present my information. Plus, my own photography is shown on my tour to reinforce the stories. I'm thrilled to be able to share with my guests my own personal experiences of the paranormal that are in downtown Louisville. The guests can then, decide for themselves, whether any of the buildings on the walking tour is truly haunted or not. Another reason that my business stands out is because the narration is my own work. I have no employees other than myself. Another feature is being a Louisville native. I can answer questions posed by locals and tourists as well about the history of Louisville and answer questions about the paranormal.

My book, "Haunted Louisville' was released in May of 2007, and since then, I have sold over 1,000 books on the tours alone. The book is available in all the major bookstores in town and on the internet. The book is a collection of 16 stories about downtown Louisville.

I offer public speaking engagements for groups and private parties. For groups that aren't able to come and walk with me; I will go to them and present for a nominal fee.

Admission: $15 per person, children, 12 and younger, $8

Hours: Every Friday night at 7:30 PM, and continuing until mid-November. In September and October, walks will be offered on both Friday and Saturday nights. Private party walks offered year round, weather permitting.
