Have you ever heard someone laughing, maybe footsteps behind you or whistling when no one else is around on campus?

Students involved in the Paranormal Society of IUP claim they have had numerous encounters with ghosts in buildings on campus.

The vice president of the paranormal society said he actually raced against what he believes was a ghost of a child.
