Port Columbus Civil War Naval Museum
I visited this museum after hearing on the radio that it may be haunted. I really enjoyed my tour and heard phantom bootsteps on one ship regardless of the fact that it actually has NO floor and is just the outer shell of the origional ship!
This civil war naval museum in Columbus Georgia houses several ships that saw action during the Civil War.
Approximately 20 men died on one ship when its boiler blew.
The museum staff reported activity like books flying off shelves in the gift shop, bells ringing when none are on the premesis, unexplained voices and shadows.
The museum has been investigated by several paranormal groups.
